Fancy means glamorous in a way that should be unobtainable.
Fancy is a term used by southerners in a state of shock at how wonderful an object or person is.

OOOO-WEEE, that diamond ring sure is Fancy!

Fancy is also a type of chicken, A Fancy Chicken is an heirloom chicken that also displays unusual glamor, as denoted in Exhibit A and B.

Well Just Bless Your Little Heart

This phrase is used as a nice way to show pity and empathy, while also explaining disapproval. As if the heart needs a blessing to get through a bad situation. This phrase is used frequently when greeting an ugly or afflicted child, say a child covered in mud who is also stinky.

A senior southern might use the phrase to greet this child:
